The gap filling properties of the polyurethane helped ensure tight glue joints. After the glue cured, all joints were cleaned up, trimmed with a flush cut router bit, and automotive filler compound applied to fill any minor gaps, fill the countersunk screw holes and fair any minor inconsistencies in shape. | |
