We do not sell, trade, or give out customer information gathered from our web site. When you place an order, or join our mail list or discussion list, we may ask for your contact and/or billing information. Tassajara Designs publishes newsletters and product announcements via e-mail that customers may subscribe to on an opt-in basis. Opt-in means you must request a subscription.

Tassajara Designs Uses Order & Other Information as Follows:

Order Forms: When you place an online order, we require you to give us contact information (like your name and e-mail address) and financial information (like your account or credit card numbers). Customer contact information from the order form is used to communicate with customers about order status and to verify identity during support and customer service requests. Financial information is used solely for the purpose of billing the user for products.

Online Payment for Products: We use a secure/encrypted online payment system. We require a valid name, ship-to and billing address, phone number, and e-mail address and certain payment information to process and ship an order. This is done to verify identity and location as required by our credit card processing service. Information submitted is checked in real time by Authorize.Net, or PayPal (depending on the Customer's payment option). Both are third party services that monitor payment acceptance against a continually changing list of fraudulent and/or denied credit cards and/or persons and/or locations, and electronically verifies the customer's information we collect. We do not use the customer-supplied information for any other purpose. We DO NOT keep a copy of any sensitive customer-supplied information, such as credit card numbers, in our online databases or in our offline files, and this information is not accessible to any Tassajara Designs personnel.

Cookies: Tassajara Designs uses "cookies" to help create a more effective and convenient site experience. By showing us how and when visitors use the site, cookies help us determine which areas are popular and which are not. Many improvements and updates to the site are based on data such as total number of visitors and pages viewed. Tassajara Designs does not store any sensitive information in the cookie.
